1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to all guests and visitors utilizing accommodation, dining, private events, or interacting with the official website of Soluna Beach Resort & Restaurant Mui Ne.

2. Services Provided

Soluna provides Mediterranean-style boutique accommodation, oceanfront seafood dining welcoming both staying guests and outside visitors, and beachfront recreation amenities in Mui Ne.

3. Reservations and Payment Guidelines

• Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total reservation value is required to confirm bookings via official bank transfer or authorized online payment gateways.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% balance and any incidental charges incurred during the stay are settled directly at reception upon check-in or check-out.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies apply in accordance with the detailed guidelines published on our General regulations page.

4. Guest Rights and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information and valid identification (Passport / Citizen ID) upon arrival.
• Comply with resort regulations, maintain cleanliness, protect resort property, and respect the tranquility of fellow guests.
• Compensate for any property damage or loss caused directly by guest actions during their stay.

5. Resort Rights and Responsibilities

• Provide room accommodations, services, and amenities matching the standards confirmed in the booking confirmation.
• Maintain security, safety, hygiene, and hospitable service quality throughout the guest's stay.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of guest data in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
• Reserve the right to refuse service or require guests to vacate the premises in cases of severe policy violations or illegal conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

Soluna shall not be liable for non-performance or delays caused by Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, severe storms, epidemics, utility disruptions outside resort control, or emergency governmental directives. In such events, we will work closely with you to reschedule or process fair refunds.

All imagery, text, branding, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of SOLUNA BINH THUAN JOINT STOCK COMPANY. Any unauthorized commercial copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
