12 Things to Know Before Checking in at Soluna Mui Ne

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 and standard check-out time is before 12:00 (noon).

• Early Check-in: Subject to room availability upon arrival. Early check-in before 06:00 is subject to 100% of the nightly rate. Early check-in between 06:00 and 12:00 incurs a 50% surcharge.
• Late Check-out: Late check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 incurs a 50% surcharge. Check-out after 18:00 is charged at 100% of the standard nightly rate.

During the pre-opening period, room rates and promotional packages are subject to availability and official confirmation.

• Deposit: A deposit is required upon reservation confirmation according to the chosen rate plan.
• Cancellation & Amendment: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to check-in (standard season). Specific holiday and peak season policies will be advised at the time of booking.

In compliance with Vietnamese hospitality and public security regulations:

• All domestic guests must present a valid Government ID / Citizen Identity Card upon check-in.
• International guests must present an original valid Passport with a valid Entry Visa or Visa Exemption stamp.
• Minors must be accompanied by parents or a legal guardian with official documentation.

• Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing existing beds with parents (maximum 1 child per room). Breakfast included.
• Children aged 6 to 11: Surcharge applies for daily breakfast and amenities when sharing existing beds.
• Children aged 12 and above: Counted as adults. Extra bed or suite configuration required depending on room type.

• Non-Smoking: 100% of Soluna guest rooms and enclosed public areas are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A specialized cleaning fee applies to violations.
• Flammable Materials & Weapons: Strictly prohibited on resort premises (fireworks, weapons, toxic chemicals, illegal substances).
• Cooking: Cooking inside guest rooms is prohibited to prevent fire hazards and odor contamination.
• Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00 to ensure peaceful rest for all guests.

To maintain strict hygiene, tranquility, and safety standards for all guests, pets are not permitted at Soluna Beach Resort.

• Operating Hours: Swimming pools are open daily from 06:00 to 19:00.
• Attire: Appropriate swimwear is mandatory when using the swimming pools.
• Child Safety: Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times around pool and beach areas.
• Beach Area: Soluna provides private lounging and bathing facilities for resort guests. Please adhere to safety flags and lifeguard instructions.

Soluna Beach Restaurant welcomes both resort guests and outside visitors.

• Breakfast Buffet / A la carte: Served daily from 06:30 to 10:00.
• Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and alcohol brought into the restaurant are subject to corkage and service fees.

Spa and wellness facilities are part of Soluna’s phase-2 roadmap and will not operate at initial opening. Operating schedules and service menus will be announced when available.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge across all guest rooms and public areas. Please use the network responsibly and comply with cybersecurity laws.
